I am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher, through a yoga alliance certified school, Amara Yoga & Arts. I graduated in April of 2023 after a 9 month program. I also have a 40 hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification, as well as a 20 hour Mindfulness Certification.
In addition, I am currently pursuing my Masters in Social Work at the University of Illinois. My expected graduation date is December of 2025.

It is a comprehensive holistic healing approach to yoga, emphasizing safety and choice.

Trauma-informed yoga is for anyo e seeking healing. Trauma-informed yoga is a supportive practice for individuals living with PTSD, chronic illness/pain, anxiety, or high-stress. The practice is designed to support each individuals unique needs and provide a safe space for nervous system healing and self-regulation. This style of yoga is ideal for those who may have found discomfort in traditional yoga settings or have sensory sensitivities.

My classes and offerings are intentionally designed to be accessible to all levels. I teach a slow, gentle and intuitive practice, supporting you in choosing your own pace and attuning to your body’s innate wisdom. I offer many options and freedom to explore, giving you the opportunity to choose what variation and expression feels most supportive in your body.

I believe trauma-informed yoga should be accessible to all, no matter their socioeconomic status. I offer a number of free and low investment classes, as well as a sliding scale on most offerings and scholarships. Please reach out if finances are a barrier, no one will be turned away <3
