Here are the different ways we can work together to support your journey:

1-1 Trauma-Informed Yoga

Embark on a personalized journey of healing and self-discovery. Each session is intentionally crafted to meet your unique needs and support your healing process. Reconnect with your body's innate wisdom, release stored tension and trauma, and cultivate a sense of safety and empowerment within.

    ⚘ Intensive | single 2 hour session

    ⚘ 6 Week Series | 6 90 minute weekly sessions

    ⚘ 3 Month Series | 12 90 minute weekly sessions

  • Book a free 30 minute discovery call to share your story and why you are feeling called to work together. This is a time to ask any questions you may have and to learn more about how our work together can support your healing, as well as discuss different packages and payment plan options.

  • I offer sessions online via zoom or in person for those who are local to me and prefer in person. Local sessions can be held in either your home or in my home studio space, depending on availability and preference.

Group Classes & Community Circles

Through Tay's classes, participants are invited into a nurturing and supportive environment, intentionally designed to foster a sense of safety and inclusivity. A sanctuary for self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-love, participants are guided towards a deeper understanding and appreciation of their inherent wholeness.

  • I’ve partnered with various groups including CHAARG, a women's empowerment fitness community, facilitating yoga classes with the intention of supporting students in developing a healthy relationship with their body, food and fitness. As well as the Women’s Resource Center through their Survivor Strategies program to provide yoga classes and support groups for survivors of sexual assault. In addition, I have partnered with the Ecstatic Dance Champaign-Urbana Community providing circle facilitation, supporting in curating a safe and inclusive space, emphasizing courage & connection through circle sharing, and co-creating substance-free spaces.

  • Trauma-informed yoga supports students in reclaiming sovereignty and choice over their bodies, nurturing greater self trust and self awareness. Through the use of invitational language, students have the power to choose, to move and express in a way that feels safe and supportive to them. Trauma-informed classes foster an environment of inclusion, curiosity and compassion.

  • Trauma-informed yoga classes offer a nurturing space for students to reconnect with their bodies, build emotional resilience, and strengthen self-compassion, supporting their journey towards healing and greater well-being. it is a profound practice that is designed to support all bodies and all backgrounds.

  • I believe trauma-informed yoga should be accessible to all, no matter their socioeconomic status. I offer a number of free and low investment classes, as well as a sliding scale on most offerings and scholarships. Please reach out if finances are a barrier, no one will be turned away <3

  • I am a certified 200 hour yoga teacher, through a yoga alliance certified school, Amara Yoga & Arts. I graduated in April of 2023 after a 9 month program. I also have a 40 hour Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification, as well as a 20 hour Mindfulness Certification.

    In addition, I am currently pursuing my Masters in Social Work at the University of Illinois. My expected graduation date is December of 2025.

  • Trauma-informed yoga is an approach to the practice that addresses the impacts of trauma and provides a safe and supportive space where students can learn emotional regulation skills through increased body and breath awareness. It is a comprehensive holistic healing approach to yoga, emphasizing safety and choice.

    Trauma-informed yoga is for anyone seeking healing. Trauma-informed yoga is a supportive practice for individuals living with PTSD, chronic illness/pain, anxiety, or high-stress. The practice is designed to support each individuals unique needs and provide a safe space for nervous system healing and self-regulation. This style of yoga is ideal for those who may have found discomfort in traditional yoga settings or have sensory sensitivities.

  • My classes and offerings are intentionally designed to be accessible to all levels. I teach a slow, gentle and intuitive practice, supporting you in choosing your own pace and attuning to your body’s innate wisdom. I offer many options and freedom to explore, giving you the opportunity to choose what variation and expression feels most supportive.
